Jacob Standish is the Program Manager of IT Strategies for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, he guides teachers and school leaders in the infusion of learning technology applications. He believes in the value of sharing the joy of learning and that is evident in every aspect of his life. In CMS he has served as an AP Chemistry teacher, Science Department Chair, and Instructional Technology Specialist. His recent work has involved web design, mobile app construction, and administration of several tools including Canvas LMS, Google Apps, and DyKnow. He is a Google Apps for Education Certified Trainer and leads the administration of nearly two-hundred thousand Google accounts and thousands of Chromebooks.
