George Kolks

George Kolks is a senior at Lakota East High School in Liberty Township, Ohio. For the past three years George has been a top student student in the Lakota Cyber Academy. George earned his Ethical Hacker Pro certification from TestOut, and is currently studying for the CompTia Security+ certification. George appeared in a segment about the Lakota Cyber Academy featured on Fox19. In the Fall of 2022, George placed in the top 18% of high school competitors nationwide, and was a member of the #4 ranked team in the nation. For the past year, George has interned with Standex Electronics, Inc. where he has distinguished himself by creating security-focused projects around asset tracking and penetration testing.
