Bhagya Sodem is the Head of Customer Success and Services at Clever. She has an extensive background building, scaling, and leading global teams and go-to-market SaaS strategies across industries. Throughout her career, she has led go-to-market strategy, new product line development, renewal, and retention programs for Fortune 1000 customers at several SaaS companies - including Visa and Netsuite.
Bhagya is passionate about customer centricity. At Clever, Bhagya leads customer success and implementation services so that customers have a seamless experience rolling out edtech. From schools to application leaders, she helps them maximize student learning through incredible partnerships and products, and works to improve the entire customer journey with Clever.
As an engineer by trade, she uses her expertise in software engineering to build great customer experiences in edtech. As a former university educator and a parent, Bhagya cares deeply about enabling and enhancing equitable learning outcomes for students. In her spare time, Bhagya loves to hike and train for half marathons in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area trails.
