Michael serves Albemarle County Public Schools as the Manager for Infrastructure and Support Services leading a team of engineers that manage the day to day operations of telecommunications, server infrastructure, operating system configuration and implementation, and end user remote support. On top of the 15 years of technical experience ranging from end user support to systems administration and server infrastructure, Michael has published technical "How-To" articles on public websites as well as created internal educational materials for staff and students. Serving as a core member of several committees including Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreement, Phishing Awareness and Education, and Cultural Awareness, Michael enthusiastically devotes a broad range of skills and passions to serve his community of educators, learners, and the community as a whole.
