During my 15+ years of progressive experience in the educational technology field, I have created a strong track record of success leading innovative and transformational programs and complex projects through their full life cycle with large teams within challenging time and budget constraints. Some highlights of my career accomplishments include executive management of large programs, complex projects, and large multi-department teams, including transportation, student information, learning management, and ERP across various cloud based and hybrid platforms, and several engaging educational programs that enhance the general educational experience as well as promote equitable learning opportunities learning specifically in STEM fields of study to promote access for underrepresented populations in those careers. I also have expertise in defining high level design, instituting and auditing policy and standards, ensuring compliance with data/information regulations including privacy, security, transparency, records retention, and improving technology architecture to expand capability and capacity.
