IT's About Relationships

Technology leader need to focus on more than just technology. In this session, we will explore the importance of relationship building between Information Technology and the rest of the organization through a program we call KCUP - Kindness, Caring, Understanding and Patience. KCUP creates an environment that enables IT to create strong relationships with those we serve. These relationships establish a bond that help IT deliver services, deploy new technologies, and create understanding at a high level.
