Dr. Rhonda Talford Knight serves as the first Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Bricker & Eckler LLP, a full service law firm. Dr. Knight is also the founder of The Knight Consulting Group, LLC, a professional services firm focusing on all areas of DEI services and executive coaching.

As a former middle school classroom teacher and a former teacher education professor, Dr. Knight was committed to the integration of technology in the classroom and teaching with a cultural proficiency lens. It is with this commitment and understanding of K-12 that she is excited to serve as CoSNs DEI program director.

Dr. Knight holds a master’s degree with an endorsement in technology and a doctoral degree in Social Studies and Global Education, both from The Ohio State University.
