Jessica serves as Deputy Director Research, Evaluation and Design for Verizon Innovative Learning Schools, Digital Promise after spending two years coaching K-12 leaders on 1:1 implementation. Most recently, she worked at the Office of the State Superintendent Washington, D.C., leading an effort across 30 local education agencies to execute an eighth to ninth grade data exchange. Prior to, she worked at Schoolzilla, NewSchools Venture Fund, and for Achieve/PARCC Inc. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a Masters in Urban Education Policy from Brown University.
