Beatriz Arnillas was a pioneer in digital, blended and remote instruction and digital design, with experience designing and facilitating blended and virtual education as early as 2003. Beatriz is best known for her role in Houston ISD’s digital transformation program (PowerUp) and has been recognized for her instructional design work in Fortune 500 companies, including Halliburton and Amazon Web Services (AWS). She is an expert in digital content interoperability and a published scholar on digital literacy. Beatriz has served in executive and advirosy boards and committees, including the Driving K12 Innovation Advisory Board, the CoSN Emerging Technology Committee, the Kentucky Foundation for Women, and the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI Intertnational).
