Nicole Adell has recently joined Digital Promise with more than 25 years of experience in secondary-level schools throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and Kentucky. Most recently, Nicole served as a middle school principal at a Verizon Innovative Learning School and led her school through onboarding, implementing, and successfully sustaining the program. Nicole received her B.S. in English with a minor in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her M.A. in Educational Leadership from George Washington University. She is currently working on her doctoral from The University of Louisville.
