Sherry Loftin is a pioneering education leader who is revolutionizing the way educators integrate emerging technologies in the classroom. As the Associate Director of Learning Delivery at Digital Promise for the Verizon Innovative Learning Schools, Sherry has trained over 10,000 educators and school leaders across the nation, equipping them with the latest knowledge and strategies needed to prepare students for success in the digital age.


Sherry's extensive background includes leading academic innovation and instructional coaching at Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development’s accelerated Apogee program for fourth- through sixth-grade students. Her work at Northwestern and her groundbreaking initiatives in project-based learning aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and digital media integration at select Chicago Public Schools have cemented her reputation as an educational visionary.

As an expert in digital media literacy, Sherry has taught second through eighth-grade students as a classroom teacher, empowering them to become tech-savvy digital media content creators with real-world relevance. Her unwavering commitment to educational excellence has made her a sought-after speaker and influencer in the industry.

Sherry holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and a Master of Education in Elementary Teaching and Learning from DePaul University. Her diverse experiences, combined with her forward-thinking approach, have made her a leader in educational innovation, digital equity, and AI.
