He developed and led the township's technology application of Universal Design for Learning by creating digital learning spaces in over a thousand district classrooms. With the support of his team, the MSD of Wayne Township has successfully created and maintained environments to allow students multiple pathways to graduation, enabling thier long term success.
Pete was elected to the CoSN National Board in 2014 and is now serving his second term and is past CoSN Board Chair. He is founding Chairman of the Indiana Chief Technology Officer's Council (2010-2013), was in the first class of Certified Educational Technology Leaders (CETL) and charter member of the Indiana Department of Education's eLearning Leadership Cadre. In recent years his team was focused on integrating curated digital content and curriculum into their LMS to improve educational opportunity and provide students greater success in their multiple pathways to graduation.
