I have a total of 35 years of experience in technology, with 23 of those years focused in K-12 education. I started as a desktop support technician in the private sector and began my K-12 career as a Wide Area Network Engineer. I later began my technology leadership role in 2004 and have held positions as manager, director, and executive director over that time period. My focus as an executive director for the past 7 years has primarily been on the end-user device ecosystem or lifecycle management, beginning with the section process of technology used by our students, teachers, and staff, testing and procurement of the technology, and implementation and support of the technology. I have Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Science from the University of Alabama. I love my work and truly believe that technology has made, and continues to make a positive difference in how all students are educated throughout the world.
