Touda Bentatou (she/her/hers)

Touda is a dedicated professional with a passion for empowering technologists in education to support students' learning experiences. As the Director of Member Engagement & Marketing at CITE, she is responsible for overseeing a wide range of initiatives aimed at equipping education technologists with the resources and support they need to succeed.
Before joining CITE, Touda worked as an IT Analyst at the Irvine Unified School District, where she first began her career as a videographer in the IT department. After two years, she was promoted to the IT Analyst role, where she excelled in leading the IT department's administrative team, projects, and project management processes and structures.
Touda's expertise in project management was recognized by her peers, and she developed and implemented a successful staff training program that helped to improve project outcomes across the district. She also played an instrumental role in guiding and coaching staff members leading their own projects, and served on various project teams to provide expert guidance and support.
