Jennifer R. Fry, CETL (she/her/hers)

Jen Fry is the Chief Technology Officer for Delaware City Schools. She is responsible for operations and instruction. Jen is a CETL (Certified Educational Technology Leader) and is the current Learn21 Ohio CoSN Chair.

Previously to this position, she was employed for 12 years by Westerville City Schools as a teacher, Technology Integration Coach and Technology Integration Coordinator focused on instructional support. She also taught for TRECA’s Digital Academy and started her career teaching for Columbus Public Schools. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology from The Ohio State University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Ohio Dominican University.

Current areas of focus for Jen’s team are student data privacy and cybersecurity.
