Technology devices have become ubiquitous, but that doesn't mean that everything should be the responsibility of the CIO/CTO. We'll examine how diverse groups of individuals can and do work together, and gain a better understanding of how to get things done, when to step up, and when to step away. We'll look at some common Problems of Practice related to edtech sustainability through the lens of the Responsible-Authority-Supporter-Consulted-Informed (RASCI) framework including an examination of how North Carolina developed it’s state digital learning plan involving a large, distributed, and diverse group of stakeholders.
